With a minimum of a $100 order, we can deliver your food to your location in San Clemente for an additional 15% delivery fee. The food is delivered in large disposable aluminum trays.

Our Siesta Crew comes to you to set up our delicious selection of menu items with all the necessary items for an attractive presentation.

Including; food warmers, table cloths, platters, utensils, bowls, napkins and plasticware.

* No Servers are provided with this catering package.

This catering package is uniquely different and beautifully presented. A must for your special event!

Based on the number of guests and amount of food selected, we will setup , serve guests and then break down the buffet with professional care and attention to detail.

Provided With This Package*

Colorfully decorated table presentation with baskets and bowls. Chaffing dishes to keep the food hot for your guests, plasticware and napkins.

* A Catering Administration Charge will be applied for this service.

In accordance with the National Association of Caterers, a fee of 15% is charged to the subtotal of your event for Business License, Commercial General Liability Insurance, Workers' Comp Insurance, Commercial Auto Insurance, and equipment maintenance. This fee also includes general labor before and after the event, load/unload, and travel/wear and tear costs.

Approximately one hour prior to event serve time. Two hour serve time and breakdown of equipment.

Recommendations for parties of 50 or more:

- Ceramic or China plates.

- Chef for the buffet table to serve your guests.

- Additional servers for full service catering.
